Can I bring my own domain?
Absolutely. We connect your existing domain to your new site, or help you register a new one if needed. We walk you through every step.
How long does a new website take?
Most sites have a working layout ready within a few business days. Total time to launch depends on how quickly content and feedback come back. We have launched sites in under a week when clients are ready to move fast.
What if I already have a site and just need hosting?
No problem. Our hosting-only plan works for sites we did not build. You get fast servers, daily backups, SSL and SMTP relay. We migrate your site for free and make sure everything is running before we hand over the keys.
Are there long-term contracts?
Never. All of our plans are month to month. We keep clients because we do good work, not because they are locked in. If you ever want to leave, we will help you migrate everything out cleanly.
How do content updates work?
Just send us a message by email or phone and we handle it. Full-service plans include a monthly allotment of content update time. We always let you know before doing anything outside that allotment.
